The Bondi Beach

For Several years, Bondi Beach was my daily swim spot. You would find me swimming laps of the beach behind the surfers. Home to Bondi Running and Triathlon Club (BRATs). Frankston Beach, location for the former Ironman Melbourne swim
Melbourne's unique beaches are a swimmer's dream in summer, with many ocean swims, triathlons, or just places to cool off after a scorching hot day. IM Melbourne was my first Ironman - the toughest swim I have done, but my fastest run to-date with a 3:08 marathon. You alway remember your first Ironman!

The Chattanooga River
The Chattanooga river, Anna's local swim spot, and home to Ironman Chattanooga
There is something spiritual and calming about swimming in Chattanooga's river. With its varying river flow and beauty, swimming or paddling under the bridges with friends is one of my favourite things to do in Chattanooga.
